DEVELOPING students who DELIGHT in God and DECLARE His glory
To accomplish this goal we try to maintain a long-term vision. We guard against programming that feeds our natural tendency to think that the world revolves around us or that the church exists to entertain us. Instead, we want students to know that we are called to love God and love others; to serve God and serve others; that we have been blessed to be a blessing. We love to have fun together and we are actively looking to build community. In fact, there is no better way to build community and love for one another than to serve with each other.
Sunday Mornings
9:00am-10:15am
wednesday nights
6:30pm-8:00pm
Location – Youth Room / Café
After hanging out in the Café, 7th–12th grade students gather in the Youth Room for a time of worship, interactive teaching and table discussions. We have a few different teachers that share the teaching responsibilities and we are currently using the Open My Eyes curriculum by Truth78. It focuses on how to study the Bible. The end goal is that the students might understand God's Word as the biblical authors intended it. There is an At Home portion of each lesson that encourages students to get in the Word during the week and to spend time with the Lord.

During the school year 7th–12th students gather on Wednesday nights for a time of worship, teaching and small group discussion. We typically walk through a book of the Bible, chapter by chapter, trusting that studying God’s Word is the most important thing we can do with our time. Gender-specific and age-specific small groups allow us to dig deeper and discuss the relevancy of the Word in our daily lives. Each small group has two adult leaders that care for their flock. Every fourth or fifth week, we do a fellowship night to provide students and leaders extended time to develop relationships.
